Also known as Chinese broccoli and really easy to grow.

The leaves, stalks and florets can be eaten raw or used in a wide variety of salads, side dishes and main dishes. Gai lan belongs to the cabbage family and is most closely related to the Chinese or European cabbage.

Fast Harvest, it should be ready to eat anywhere from 20-45 days depending on how well behaved the weather is.
