Stock levels and Shipping

Because we are open by appointment we sometimes have misshaps with stock numbers, something may sell at the same time you order online. If this happens we will contact you and offer you a refund or alternative.

Please allow up to five working days for delivery, particularly if you're rural. Plants need to arrive in a timely fashion, when they arrive please open the box straight away and let us know if there are any issues.

Orders to the Chatham Islands, Great Barrier Island and Stewart Island are possible by arrangement only, please email us for a quote.
